Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Bridge & Bella, we currently do not accept returns. However, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so we do offer exchanges and replacements for eligible items. Please review the details below.
Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a size exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Guidelines for Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be exchanged for the same design.
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email hello@byinnes.co with:
- Your order number.
- Your current size and the size you wish to exchange for.
- Allow up to 5 business days for a response. If your request is approved, we will confirm stock availability and provide instructions.
- Exchanges can be made at our warehouse, available only on weekdays between 10am–2pm.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement:
- Email hello@byinnes.co with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Important Notes:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Claims made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for replacements to be processed and sent.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details, including any discount codes, before completing your purchase.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.
